Job description

We’re actively seeking a dynamic Admin Assistant to join our social media team!

The admin assistant will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient administrative support, ensuring the seamless operation of Zeloi Agency.
  • Assist in coordinating and scheduling internal and external meetings.
  • Maintain a well-organized office space, bookings, and clients relations.
  • Collaborate on special projects and initiatives, contributing to our creative endeavors.
  • Contribute to social media content creation and scheduling.

Requirements:

 

  • Education: Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) required.
  • Experience: 6 months or more in administrative roles.
  • Qualification: Diploma or related qualification in Marketing or Social Media.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team and take initiative.
  • Must have a love for entertainment, pop culture, film and digital culture .
  • Ability to work under pressure environments.
  • Work well within a small team and under pressure.
  • Own transport
  • Be happy to report to two line managers.
  • Creative, driven and fun.
  • This is not a remote or freelance position. We’re excited about welcoming you to our vibrant Zeloi office.
